The Pond on East Washington St., Chagrin Falls has the best lobby of all the many many ice rinks we have visited. Attractive, comfortable, big window front with daylight, game room, 6 snack machines, Arctic Alley practice room, outdoor turf practice field, large party/rooms that double for dry practice.

​We’ve been coming here for close to two years now with my two kids, and after reading some of the other reviews, I feel there's a lot that needs to be clarified. The facility offers multiple options, and each is priced accordingly.
​Public skating is $14 per person (which includes skate rentals) for what I believe is a 45-to-60-minute session. They also offer private lessons packages, group classes,  and an arcade area All are reasonably priced. We usually visit on Saturdays; it can get quite busy during the winter months, but summers have been great and much less crowded.
​The facility itself is clean, and they’ve done some nice renovations over the past two years. They also have private rooms for birthday parties, which we've booked before—the kids absolutely loved it. For beginners, they have trainer bars available, though keep in mind there is a limited supply. No rink has an infinite number of these, so they are first-come, first-served.
​Pro tip: It definitely helps to call ahead to ensure the rink is open for public skate, as they frequently host hockey and figure skating competitions. Overall, there are plenty of great teachers here for both private and group lessons

In from out of town for a game and this is by far the nicest rink we’ve been too in the 3 years of traveling for hockey. The building is warm, beyond clean, and so well maintained. Tons of accommodations and additional little attractions for teams, parents, families, kids, and “rink rats” 😃 (arcade, brand new beautiful party room, puck shooting room, etc.)

Owner is hand-on, friendly, and obviously takes a lot of pride in her facility. Hope to play here again in the near future! Kudos to the owner for providing such a nice environment!
